#4DaySeries round 10 of matches || #LIOvWAR An eventful day 1 at Senwes Park after a huge. 301 7th wicket partnership between B.Fortuin and D.Potgieter. Early on Day 1, the Warriors bowlers blew away the in form top 6 batters of the Bizhub Hihgveld Lions. With guys like S.Cook, N.van Dern Berg, K.Rapulana all in top form. But G.Stuurman and S.Magala had something different to say. At some point the Lions were on 96-6, B.fortuin (183) and D.Potgieter (145) made an impressive 301 run 7th wicket partnership. Sinethemba Qeshile scored yet another half- century while Sisanda Magala followed his outstanding bowling performance with an undefeated half century. Sisanda Magala seems to have continued his trend of performing brilliantly in the last games of the 4 day format. We still remember in the 2015/16 season when he blew away the Lions at St.Georges Park by taking a 6fer and leading the Warriors to victory.
